Fixed an issue that could cause the browser tab to freeze when opening certain modals containing embedded YouTube videos. Fixed images being skipped after re-enabling GIF Control when animation detection was still pending. Fixed restoration of embedded SVG objects when loading fails or GIF Control is turned off during loading.
