With open-source tooling + AI, turn fragmented public information into an interactive Common Operating Picture within the golden 72 hours after a disaster strikes. The data and dashboard are archived as a standalone incident repo and registered in the global index for reuse and review. Once loaded, an AI can generate COPs for new disasters automatically. Data follows one contract; the dashboard is just a renderer and can be regenerated at any time as figures evolve.

The moment is pinned to your transcript at the exact timestamp. Trace provides you with clear markdown transcripts and summaries that you can use anywhere. Either copy the markdown from Trace directly or have it place the file anywhere in your filesystem. Trace can also send files directly to Obsidian, Bear, Drafts or Things with a button press.
