MLA watches your Claude Code and Codex sessions, captures decisions as work happens, detects stale or conflicting instructions, and steers each agent before it acts. You review only the changes that require human judgment. I needed control over what my own agents remembered before their work became my codebase. I watched them lose decisions across sessions, revive approaches I had already rejected, and cross boundaries I had already made explicit. It was that the agent could not tell which information still had authority.
